I didn’t arrive at this work through ambition.

I arrived through interruption.

After being told my tumors were likely benign, I was diagnosed with cancer three months later. What followed was a double mastectomy — and a complete rupture in how I trusted my body, my decisions, and my sense of direction.

Around the same time, I chose sobriety. Not as a dramatic reinvention, but as a way to listen more closely to what my life was actually asking of me.

Recovery didn’t come through urgency or fixing. It came through learning how to stand inside uncertainty without abandoning myself — how to move forward without forcing answers, timelines, or performance.

In the years since, I rebuilt strength in my body, returned to movement on my own terms, and eventually stepped onto a fitness competition stage — not to prove resilience, but to claim authorship of my second chapter.

The Feinix Haus was born from that season.

This work is not about transformation or empowerment. It’s about orientation. About learning how to make decisions after disruption without rushing, outsourcing, or self-betrayal.

I don’t offer answers.

I offer containment — a steady place to stand while clarity takes shape.
